These cookies are a crowd pleaser. A more robust pecan sandy, these are an addicting treat. This recipe is also huge! make sure you have a big enough bowl or cut it in half.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Softened Butter
  • 2 Cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7 Cups AP Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Rise Kripies
  • 2 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Cups Pecans

Instructions:

  1. In a Stand Mixer, cream together sugars, oil, and butter.

  2. Add all other ingredients one at a time making sure to incorporate after each addition.

  3. Each cookie dough should be about a tablespoon of dough. Evenly space on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12minutes.
