Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Cups Softened Butter
- 2 Cups Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 7 Cups AP Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 2 Cups Rise Kripies
- 2 Cups Shredded Coconut
- 2 Cups Pecans
Instructions:

In a Stand Mixer, cream together sugars, oil, and butter.

Add all other ingredients one at a time making sure to incorporate after each addition.

Each cookie dough should be about a tablespoon of dough. Evenly space on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12minutes.
