Discounted Pricing Estimates for 2025 (Non-holiday, prices may differ for specific dates – please email for specific quote):
For Summer: $23,900 for inn or $6,750 – $8,950 for 3-4 bedroom cottage (7 nights)
For Fall Weekend: $10,500 for inn or $2,900 – $4,500 for 3-4 bedroom cottage (3 nights)
For Winter/Spring Weekend: $6,500 for inn or $1,500 – $2,400 for 3-4 bedroom cottage (3 nights)
- With rentals of the entire inn, we’ll provide full access to the kitchen for you to prepare or cater your meals. We do not typically provide breakfasts for group rentals.
- Group stays are typically allowed any time of year–perfect for summer reunions, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s!
- Each building includes a full kitchen, laundry, fire pit and firewood, gas grill, and decks or screened porches.
- Flowers and produce can be picked from the fields for your event depending on seasonality.
