Gather in The Barn for a relaxed, creative experience open to both Goldberry Woods guests and the local community. This DIY card-making session invites you to slow down, get inspired, and create heartfelt cards for loved ones near or far.
With a variety of art supplies, textures, and prompts available, guests are encouraged to explore their creativity—no experience necessary. Make a Valentine, a thank-you note, or a just-because card, and enjoy the simple joy of creating something meaningful by hand.
Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a shared family activity. This is a come-as-you-are experience centered on creativity, connection, and spreading a little extra love.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a grounding, heart-centered experience inside The Barn at Goldberry Woods. This 90-minute guided session blends two restorative Ayurvedic practices—Marma Chikitsa (gentle acupressure to support the nervous system and energy flow) and Abhyanga (a traditional self-oil massage to soothe the body and calm the mind).
Come solo or with a partner for a shared experience rooted in warmth, connection, and seasonal nourishment. Expect gentle movement, joint opening, fascia release, and guided self-touch designed to balance Vata during the winter months.
What to bring: layered activewear (shorts and a tank recommended). Oil, mats, and props are provided.
