Cowgirl Cookies are one of those cookie recipes that we have had around for a while, and they are always a hit. Filled with craisins instead of raisins, they are the perfect elevated Oatmeal Cookie recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Melted and Cooled Butter
- 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 1/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 Cups Rice Crisp Cereal
- 1 Cup Raisins or Craisins
Instructions:

In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the melted butter and sugars until blended.

Add Eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then add the vanilla.

Slowly add the flour mixer with the mixer on a low speed and beat until just combined.

Stir in Oats, Chocolate Chips, Cereal, and Raisins or Craisins.

Drop in 2 Tbsp. balls on a baking sheet, about two inches apart and bake for 10-14 minutes.
