Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Raisins or Golden Raisins
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Caraway Seeds
Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 325

Prepare two 8X4 Loaf Pans with Parchment Paper

Mix together Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt.

In a separate bowl mix together the sour cream and eggs.

Combine sour cream mixture with flour mixture.

Add in raisins and caraway seeds.

Mix until fully combined.

Divide equally between two pans and bake for about an hour.
