Our River’s Edge Cottage includes 2,900 sq ft with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8-12), 4 full baths, fully-stocked kitchen with separate dining, large screened porch with amazing views of the river and woods below, laundry room, living room with gas fireplace, WiFi, large streaming TV with cable and Blu-ray DVD player, and a basement lounge area with bar. Recent Improvements include: new Kitchen, new Bunk Room with built-in beds, new/remodeled baths, new furniture and mattresses, and new, private outdoor shower.

There is also a Weber gas grill, fire pit, firewood, and outdoor seating. The house is located in a quiet setting surrounded by nature and is 50 yards from the main inn. It includes two king masters, a queen bedroom, and the bunkroom with four built-in twins (with two twins converting to two kings).

Before booking, please view our policies. Base rate for 2 people. Extra people/pets $20/night. Cleaning fee $250 per stay. Breakfast at the Inn is not included but can be added, if available during your stay. Please let us know ahead of time if you are interested in adding breakfast.

Guests also have full access to property, including heated pool and hot tub (open year round!), farm, woods, trails, kayaks, bicycles, yard games, and much more! These amenities are shared, but there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of kayaks/bikes/etc.
