Our largest cottage, the Innkeeper’s House, features 3,000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10-12) and 3 full baths+large double outdoor shower (private). The Master Spa Bath includes a large jacuzzi tub and a separate double shower with steamer.

Other amenities include a screen porch, reclaimed ash hardwood floors and 10 ft+ or vaulted ceilings throughout, wood-burning and gas fireplaces, 4-zone HVAC, an open floor plan, and a huge private outdoor kitchen with grill, flat top, large fire pit area, double outdoor shower, seating area and ravine/creek views.

The home also features a fully-stocked kitchen with all the pans and dishes you’ll need; a dining room with owner-made rowboat chandelier and seating for 12+ people; a second-floor laundry room; and a family room with gas fireplace and large leather sectional sofa and a 65″ streaming screen TV with DVD, surround system, and WiFi.

One smaller bedroom on first floor attached to full bath and 4 more bedrooms on second floor, including master suite. The house is 25 yards from the main inn and includes two kings, two queens, and a double. One of the queen rooms also features a lofted twin and a click couch.

Before booking, please view our policies. Base rate for 2 people. Extra people/pets $20/night. Cleaning fee $300. Breakfast at the Inn is not included but can be added, only if available (please inquire).

Guests also have full access to property, including heated pool and hot tub, farm, woods, trails, kayaks, bicycles, yard games, and much more! These amenities are shared but there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of kayaks/bikes/etc.
